Charged subscription fee before completion of 3 months.
Hi everyone,
I registered for my amazon seller account on 20 Jul 2024 and I paid 1 usd initially. I was under impression that I will not have to pay the subscription fee till 20 Oct 2024 i.e. 3 months of free subscription under “New seller incentive” program however, I’m being charged for September month as well.
Today only I activated 50 usd free coupons and advertisement feature however, I’m yet to make any sales yet.
Please let me know if there’s a way to not pay subscription fee up until next month.

I do see that you were charged $39.99 professional fee for September, if this was done in error, please reach out to seller support by creating a case here. They will be able to look into the new seller incentive and provide a refund if the regular membership subscription was charged early.
