A-Z Claims being filed and granted within minutes?
Just been through my emails this morning and saw an a-z claim was filed and granted blablabla… no time for me to look into it or respond to Amazon just granted straight away within minutes??
In this case, it was an order that was quite large and the tracking shows the order was delivered by Royal Mail and has a photo of the order being handed to the customer, the GPS location matches…so I’m unsure why this was even granted in the first place…!
I also thought A-Z rules were that you have to contact the customer first before opening a claim? which is not the case.
Amazon have done this to me many times before and not once have I ever won an appeal of an a-z claim once granted. Even with all the information needed to prove it. I don’t understand how its gotten away with so much!
This is getting really ridiculous now!

Unfortunately Amazon does not accept tracking from Royal Mail, unless you have paid extra for a signature, so if someone files a claim, and there is no signature on the tracking they are automatically granted in favour of the buyer for 90% of claims.
We have even just had one granted for 375.00 that had a valid signature, still waiting on the appeal for this one, as it was an invoice by Amazon order, so when customer asked us for tracking, and we tried to send it to them, Amazon blocked the message and gave us a black mark for daring to contact one of their customers.

unfortunately no matter how right you are in an unfair system , this system will never change , and it is a racism to business owners , stealing money , under what conditions we do business , the best service but we cannot be the unfair one , nothing will change , only stress stress and extreme Five people with their egos at the keyboard and an irrelevant policy, just instilling criminal psychology in you does nothing but tell you how embarrassing it actually is
