When ODR time window will change?

Hey guys,

I got question. On 19th of June, 2019, one guy ordered an item from our store. The post probably lost the package and buyer wrote us a message. We asked to wait few more days. He opened a AZ claim on 19th of August. The thing is that I am afraid of suspension, because of 1.67 ODR.

The question is, when the AZ claim will dissapear from my ODR? From the order date already passed 2 months. I see that the time window is: Time Window: 60 days, Jul 19, 2019 - Sep 16, 2019. Time window is either passed. When I can expect the remove of AZ claim?

Thank you in advance

Okay, I got it, thanks. But in my situation (as I said I have only one defect in my metrics), when I could expect that only one AZ claim will be out of the range? As I said, the order was placed on 19th of July. Almost 2,5 months passed and to my mind it is already outside of the range?

Thanks Kika for answer. But how do you know it that it will drop off tomorrow? Last question, I swear

About which range you are talking Kika?

If about:
Jul 19, 2019 - Sep 16, 2019, so should not that AZ claim been drop off right away after September 16? I mean like September 17?

If about:
60 tays term from ordering, so it is already passed 77 days and should be out of range 17 days ago.

Sorry for so many questions, but I try to find a logic here. Thanks!!

The defect for the A-Z claim which you are referring to is no longer affecting your metrics.

If you are unsure about the reason why your ODR is currently exceeding the targets, follow this link and click on “Download report” to see the exact order/s with defects:
