Shipment creation has been temporarily deactivated. I NEED HELP

It's been 5 days & I have not been able to get my problem resolved. I keep receiving the message "Your ability to create shipments has been temporarily deactivated. For more information, go to your Case Log." I go to my case log is there is nothing there regarding fab shipment. I have already spoken to specialist on amazon & was told to be patient. I really need to send out to FBA. Any help would be highly appreciated.
