Amazon.ca's Buy Shipping Services to Maintain VTR Above 95%
Hello,
Amazon recommends utilizing its Buy Shipping services to keep the Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) above 95%. However, I'm encountering issues with the Buy Shipping service on Amazon.ca, as it doesn't seem to be functioning properly. Has anyone had success with using Buy Shipping services on Amazon.ca and managed to maintain or improve their VTR? I'd appreciate any insights or experiences you could share.
Thank you.

There is no Buy Shipping for amazon.ca for Canada to Canada shipments. Just China to Canada and Canada to USA.

If you get one of the VTR warnings, you have to just ignore the fact that they suggest in it to use Buy Shipping to help improve it.

Thank you for contacting Amazon forums, this is Lucre, and I'll be glad to help you.
I understand you would like to know if you could use the Buy Shipping Services in Canada to comply with the VTR metric.
At this point, the Buy Shipping Services is not available in Canada as it is in the US. So in order to comply with this metric, I recommend you to follow the information in our help page (except all information related to this feature):
Hope this helps!

Welcome to Amazon, where seller support encourages you to use a service that is not even available in your region.
The best way to maintain or improve VTR in Canada is to use the integrated carriers of Amazon while shipping FBM orders. When you confirm an order, you can see a list of carriers. Pick carriers among that list.
Update a tracking ID and ensure there is no error or unncessary space. Generally it will count as valid.
If you use carrier ''Other'' it will most likely count as invalid.
To better help you, we would need to know why you are personally experiencing issues with the VTR metric. Do you struggle at finding good shipping rates with the integrated carriers?
