Green tick mark to indicate lowest current price on Seller Dashboard disappeared!
Hi, I need some help please.
On the seller dashboard (where we check our inventory of stock) there is normally a green or red tick under Lowest Price and Postage. I use this to check my pricing and can see if I am/am not the current best offer for a specific product. It has disappeared and all I have now is + – instead of the green tick, makes it difficult for me to check pricing efficiently. Please can someone advise how I can activate this or is it a technical issue with the site as it worked fine up until last week. Thanks.

Ours is all still fine. Usually when there is a ± it means the listing is inactive or out of stock?

Mine has been down since Monday this week. SS say there is no problem. Had a few green ticks yesterday and now nothing at all. I have noticed another thread regarding this so must be an escalating problem.
