With a error8572, Talking to the seller support is a joke!
Hi dear sellers,
I have talking to the seller support for this error code 8572 for the gs1 affiliation error about almost a week now.
when the case seems almost will be solved with the last supporting letter / document that I have had send,, then they will ask me support documents from beginning all over again. it's like a big round circle , my time and energy that have waisted on this case is unreal. I'm beyond frustration. after all the support documents sent, seems they do not even look at it, but with a auto reply.
is there any body can help us with good support for this issue in the internal?

You will need to include your case number and tag some mods in this discussion. Otherwise, they won't be able to help you.
I've had this same issue several times before. Unfortunately its just a matter of "try, try again".

I wanted to stop by as I took a look at CASE ID 17667060181 and I see that support mentioned to wait 72 hours from the last time you spoke (which was May 2nd, 2025) for the changes to reflect on GS1s website.
Since it is over that time frame have you followed the next two steps which were:
- Wait the full period and reattempt to list products after 72 full hours have passed since creation.
- Verify that the brand name matches exactly to the one approved and they are using the exact same category approved.

Hi, I went through this issue with over 200 asins. We had a error 8572 pop up and we couldnt fix our listing.
We had to work with a lady we met at Amazon Accelerate and she helped us for about 6 months resolving them. She was higher up in the Issue Assistance Team.
She would have us submit a list of the correct GS1 codes for each asin and then a feed file with the new GS1 and data of each asin to overwrite.
It then switched it to a error 8541 which she then asked us to clear with another feed file.
Now they are resolved.
You should ask SAS if you have a rep to assist with this. We went in circles with basic support as they had no idea how to help.

One week is a baby problem, i got a problem that last since 4 month, and when they finally fix it, i end up with another problem because of the previous one : just for a title to edit !!
i should do my own post to explain this, amazon seller support is big joke, worst in the world i hate them, they are all about quantities, not quality, most of the time it's a big waste of time to speak with them, i end up fixing my own problems, or never fix them.

I can not list different sizes for more than three month. I gave up on listing different sizes. I have been with Amazon sense 1999. The problem started the last one or two years. I stopped contact support for I get canned answer. Good luck to all the people on this post.
