ROX/UPS - lost pellet

hi

the new compnay ROx which is part of UPS, they do not puck on time and when they picked up they have lost the stock now,

anyone have idea of to get to bottom of the matter with them,

£1000 worth stock lost and out stock on most ASIn for last 10day and lossing sales too, all of them just keep saying we are looking in to the matter and no reults, any pointer how to get teh stock back or get it to Amaozn

I have no idea who that is and my google-fu is lacking too. Presumably though the first thing to do is look at their website for how to make a claim.

I had a problem with RXO, they didn't have space on the wagon for one of my pallets so I had to create a new shipment. No refund from them or from Amazon so £50 down the drain. Shambles.
