Where is the "take a photo of your face" feature?

My account was recently deactivated and after submitting several documents I have now been asked to use this “take a photo of your face” feature to confirm my identity. Problem is, I’m fairly sure this ‘feature’ doesn’t even exist. I’ve scoured other discussions regarding this and I cannot find a single thing, nor a reply from Amazon support which even acknowledges this features existence.

So where exactly is it?
