I have 3 pending dreading the outcome and all Scammers.
*One a customer just does not want to return I even arranged a courier collection for her
*Another in France goods delivered recived fully tracked and confirmed
*Last one another seller bought an item of me I think maybe used me as drop ship I raised concern with amazon before sending out and they claim its not arrived tracking has not updated so it may not of but they went straight to atoz rather than contacting us to ask…
So let’s see how the results come in

listening to users …ive been here 3 weeks and i will say this there is no complaint procedure at all no second chance when they close something its back to square one …no disbilty officers to help if you do have issues that way …its a joke from this side of it …never been on the sellers side but woow treated like dirt is what ive seen

ive responded and left a comment for what its worth. the usual. I complain about scammers and dropshippers weekly but nothing gets done and they continue to trade at our expense. the honest seller. we all know that amazon will side with them even though their is a trace of their activities. its like no one even bothers to check them out or read our responses. in general its a complete waste of time as we know they will get the a2z granted 99.9 percent of the time.

Had 3 A to Z claims this morning granted in buyers favour, even though we have tracking information. Its becoming a joke now. Amazon is promoting fraud and does nothing about it.

I only ever had 3 A-Z’s…
- I refunded, as was my fault really.
2 & 3 were fraudulent buyers but even though they got refunded and kept the item… Amazon did cover the refund both times. One for a PS4 console also for around £250.
So, ive not done too bad but feel the pain of others. The support in general is terrible though.
Worried about more buyers returning game consoles after using them for lockdown, Not even with A-Z claims but just the extended returns period due to Covid19.

We had one the other day 1st in a year ,seller has not replied to us yer right oh look there is all the messages.
Amazon granted and we had sent out a replacement pointless contesting.
Buyer wins everytime the system is very bias.
Feedback buyer left a neg before we had posted as pic on item was a blu ray not a dvd.
Contacted amazon feedback was valid ,customer removed because we reasured them it was a dvd.
the system is near enough tilted fully against sellers.
