Listing has a masive price next to it and its not mine

On my listing my price shows, then next to it in brackets is another price with a " l " I can work out why ? Please help

£7.70 (£77000 l)

That is your price - you are charging £7.70 for 10ml therefore it is £770 per litre

Just to add too, your first picture should be your actual product

and you cant have a picture with a non amazon we address on or a QR code

Edit: I also dont think you can sell items in syringes with needles even if not medical
