【listing violations and account deactivation】Counterfeit without a Test Buy May 8, 2024 ... - Listing removed High – Repeat violation Submit new information
Anyone help?
...
>If we do not receive a response, the listing will remain deactivated. The violation record will remain on your Account Health page for up to 180 days after the listing was deactivated or until the violation is addressed. Deleting your listing on this ASIN does not sufficiently address the reason for the violation and will not result in its removal from your Account Health page. Leaving this and other listing violations unaddressed may result in account deactivation.
⇒
The account will be reactivated and
The violation record will remain on your Account Health page
only 180 days after the listing was deactivated?
Could you please teach how to provide a valid appeal,
and address any of the outstanding requests
or violations on that marketplace?
No reply of the IP holders is very very confused.
So we can't the resolve the IP claims on Amazon.
Any resolution immediately, please?
Looking forward to your help.
Sincerely,

have updated the product information according to Amazon’s intellectual property policy.
>The product no longer violates any trademark logo misuse and can now be reviewed for relisting.
But you still need to provide one of the three things Amazon listed:
- A letter of authorization or a licensing agreement from the rights owner demonstrating that you possess the right to use the content claimed.
- An invoice to indicate that your products are original and are purchased from the rights owners directly or from an authorized distributor and are not infringing the trademark claimed by the rights owner.
- A retraction from the rights owner to be sent to Amazon directly.
Probably your best bet is to ask the rights owner to submit a retraction, after explaining that you have removed the infringing content.
Amazon didn't ask for an appeal, if you're referring to a Plan of Action. You must do one of the three things listed above and the instructions how to do that are in the notification.
The rights holder is under no obligation to respond to you.
Your title indicates this is a repeat violation. Amazon doesn't take kindly to your not having learned anything from a first violation and repeatedly committing the same violation over and over.
