DROPSHIPPING POLICY

I do dropshipping in Mexico. Two weeks ago, I got an email. It was written that I ship the orders to customers directly. But I use a warehouse and I don't ship the items directly to customers. I sent appeal and documents two times but problem hasn't been resolved yet. I have sent again today. In my appeal, there is a plan of action this time and I added supplier invoices, warehouse documents, order invoices, and proofs of delivery. What should I do more to solve this problem? My balance is suspended. My account is under review, after review, can I take this money? and if it is said that I cannot do dropshipping with this account, can I have fba listings?

I see that due to drop shipping concerns your account has been placed under review and you have questions about how to get this resolved and if your funds will be available after the review is completed.

So that we can assist you the best can you share the performance notifications you received about the review? If you have received any follow-up notifications after your appeals, please share those as well so we can learn what is requested of you to get this resolved.

After the review has been completed, you will receive an email with the results of the review and how this will affect your account. If you have resolved the concern your funds will be released back to you. If the information you provide is not sufficient, your account may be suspended and your funds will be held during that time.
