Enrolling and establishing destinations with Multi-Channel Distribution (MCD)

In case you didn't know, Multi-Channel Distribution (MCD) enables you to replenish inventory in bulk from Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) to your own warehouse or your third-party warehouses, wholesalers, distributors, and other locations outside of Amazon.

If you are already utilizing AWD, you can enroll and set up channels and destinations by following the below steps:

  • On the AWD program page, under the 'Move SKUs to Amazon and non-Amazon destinations' section, click Add and manage channels.
  • Enter details in the channel information section and click Save.
  • For channels that require additional carton and pallet custom shipment labels, select Shipment labels that I will provide at the time of order creation under the shipment labeling option. Follow instructions under the 'Important steps for creating custom shipment labels' section on this page.
  • Next, fill in the destination information section and click Save.
  • Your channel and destination information are now saved and you can start creating your MCD order.
  • You can create more channels and destinations or add destinations within saved channels later on.

Once channels and destinations have been set up, you can create MCD orders by navigating to the MCD order creation page on the AWD program page.
