The company I used to help set up and run my store has done a poor job to say the least. I honestly feel like I was scammed. I'm in a big hole on this and am hoping to at least get something for the store.

No, it is not allowed to transfer seller accounts. Will say, if you find a stupid one to give you money for it you can do it. But the buyer will NOT be able to change the "Legal Entity" neither will he be able to change the "Deposit Method". So, any money he will get will go to your bank.... Doing so you certainly risk legal consequences from the side of the buyer.
BUT of course you can sell your inventory to anyone and afterwards anyone can list it on Amazon. If you sell PL, you have to give a written permission to the buyer allowing him to sell your inventory on Amazon.
