Can mods help please?
I have two cases, the first one was closed 9845305392, and the second one 9848675252, asking for the first to be reopened, read, and escalated.
Here's the issue:
In my regular FBA removal, I've been sent ten units of stock of something that I don't sell. Those units have my FNKSU relabelled over their original label. My stock and their stock is completely different. We do not sell under the same listing, as we sell completely different stock.
I want to know how this has happened, and why.
I want to know where my stock is, is it under the other seller's listing, that is product?
I want to know, is their stock being sent out instead of ours?
Seller Support closed the case by telling me that I sent the other seller's stock with my FNKSU on... I'd love to know how, or why, I'd do that...

I'm not sure that Jessica is actually a forum mod anymore - she did seem to take on another role a while back. Winston is though, so hopefully he will respond.

"Internal tool" . I've worked with a few of them before.
I have had this issue a few times but, fortunately, it has been just the one item here and there. I currently have a fork and spoon on my desk that has been returned from FBA that is not like anything we sell.
My experience with this is that seller support cannot see or understand that mistakes can be made at the FC's. I have even had items returned with an FNKSU that isn't for any of my products and seller supports answer was that it was me that labelled them with this FNKSU.
I don't bother to try and sort them now as it isn't worth the time and effort for the amount and cost of the items.
