Buy Postage RM not being Offered
Just tried to buy RM label via Amazon buy shipping and all I'm being offered is Evri drop off. Apart from the fact it would cost me over £2 extra there is also a 10 mile car journey involved. All I'm trying to post is a LL book which according to the drop down menu RM is not able to take? My only option at the moment is to take a hit on metrics and put stamps on it

Buy it outside of Amazon, you can use Royal Mail Click and Drop.
When you have brought it use the number above the QR code as your valid tracking number.

I had this happen once, it turned out my package dimensions or weight was accidentally set outside the scope of Royal mail, Chceck your weight is in g and not KG etc.

I do SFP/FBM ship 1000+ units a month, had a 14 month argument with seller central support about this and they maintain there systems are right and i should shut the front door and leave them alone.
Would suggest disabling evri from the/your system, i have - would also suggest playing around with the weights as this literally changes the buy shipping options, so lowering and increasing the weights.
The only thing i do sometimes is eat the cancellation, send the policy team a Plan of Action about how i will never let my cancellations go below the threshold again.. im done arguing how there system just simply doesnt work sometimes.
I also have a royal mail business account connected and THEIR SYSTEM overrides my shipping times, i only ship 24hr. Yes, i said that correctly, there 3 day evri shipping overrides my 24hr shipping because it feels the best path to customer is evri.
Dont use support every, dont waste your time. Use your head in how you can help yourself in the quickest way possible for eg a click and drop account with Royal mail may work as long as your not required to have same day shipping before 4pm etc.
