Account Deactivated - Suspected IP issue - Provided Invoice

Hi Guys, I'm wondering if someone can help me with an issue. . . . .

My account was deactivated in October due to a "suspected IP issue" the product is genuine, so I thought I won't have a problem here, I uploaded the invoice, but they won't accept it. I believe the issue is that the invoice is over 365 days old. This was a limited edition product, so I can not purchase anymore. I also uploaded a letter from the supplier/brand stating we are official resellers of their products. The supplier is a large American company, who almost certainly will be no help in proving anything extra to what they already have.

I don't know if another issue is that the supplier truncates the description of each item on the invoice to fit the space, so the name is not the exact name as the item on amazon (but they never are anyway) however the code number does match.

I have contacted them a few times now and only get a standard response that they need further information - obviously not telling me what further information they need.

All I can think now is to write a plan of action whereby a plead guilty of everything I can think of? Any help would be useful!!

Have you responded asking them what further infromation they require from you?

Every time Amazon write a response, your best action is to repeat the line they send to you and provide and attachment to the question they are asking.

For example if they wrote a message saying supply a recent invoice along with any supporting information, it maybe that they come back and say the information provided is not sufficient.

In this instance you do not make any assumptions, you need to be literal and say something along the lines of " I have supplied you with the most recent invoice which contains the phyiscal product that was sold on Amazon along with the date. If you require further information, could you please tell me what further infromation you would like me to supply you with.

If they are asking for a plan of action then this will need to be treated from a whole new angle but you have to make sure you address every single point they have raised.

Perseverance with these things generally pay off but don't just keep repeating yourself over and over as you will be stuck in an endless loop.
