Booking in Pallets FBA

Hi,

I’m trying to send 4 pallets to FBA. But didn’t see a selection for pallets. Do I just book in as box and put dimensions of pallets?

Thanks

You only need to use the spreadsheet if you are sending more than a certain number of boxes (15 possibly)

I don’t mind the new workflow now I’m used to it, the process probably takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish but I always send case packed products when using pallets which makes it a lot easier

You can send in individual items on pallets as the OP is doing but the system is really not optimised for it

How are you putting the items on the pallet, 1 box, 10 boxes etc, aren’t the box dimensions it wants the dimensions of those boxes not the pallet itself?

So shouldn’t the box sizes you put in be 65x23x12?

Can someone who is shipping pallets recently offer some advice?

I’m trying to send 4 pallets into FBA.
I get to Stage 1B, but the only option is: Fit everything or How many boxes.

When I pick boxes because I have no option but to select How many Boxes. , and fill in the dimensions. It does into oversize.! and doesn’t let me progress to the next stage. I have tried to override this by changing the dimensions and weight of boxes to standards sizes ( 50x50x50cm max 30kg) but the Red override message still appears.

I use the new workflow to send pallets.

If you are not case packing your units then you just need to put the number of units you are sending as the box number and your product dimensions as the box dimensions.

You’ll get the option to select pallet shipment on the next step

Does seem like an awful lot of hassle to send a pallet …

Am so glad I send in a box at a time

Workflow, can’t get beyond Stage 1B. But that’s because boxes option appears. I put dimensions and weight of pallets, but it says OVERSIZE and will not me progress to the next stage. (Note, there is no option to select pallet at this stage).

What am I doing wrong?
