According to https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G21291, there are a few common reasons this can happen - have you waited 24 hours since making the updates? Sometimes the catalog needs time to refresh.

If it's been longer than 24 hours, you might want to check your Manage Inventory page for any error messages, suppressed listings, or listing quality issues.

It might also be worth checking your Account Health page for any product compliance notifications that could be affecting availability.
