Customer refunded, despite proof of delivery and a photo showing the item delivered?
I had a customer raise an A-Z claim.
Evri confirmed delivery and sent me a photo of the item at delivery location.
The buyer was granted the A-Z claim, so I naturally appealed fully expecting the appeal to be found in my favour, but it was found in the buyers favour. The reason was "you were not able to show proof of delivery!).
If Evri confirmed delivery (As shown in the tracking) along with a photograph of the items in situ, how can an A-Z be granted against me?
