Can't change listing photos; video got deleted
I am a new seller. When I originally created my listings I had fewer photos, and I created my listings with what I had. Now I have more photos to upload. However, when I am trying to delete or replace some photos and submit the changes, the pop up tells me that the changes will be reflected within 24 hours, and yet nothing happens. I tried to do it several times within last 2 weeks, 0 result. Seller support by phone is not helpful. They either tell me "Try again and wait 72 hours" or they transfer me to a catalogue team that allegedly "resets" some settings and I am supposed to wait 5 days for changes to come through. They also deleted my product video and said it's due to too many pictures, it's supposed to be 6 photos max. They told me to delete some photos and that the video will appear.. Well, I managed to delete some photos in one parent ASIN and reduce them to 6 photos, yet the video never reappeared. So frustrating. I am trying to create the best possible content, but the system doesn't let me do anything. What should I do?
