Need Assistance with Product Listing Compliance Issue – Stuck in a Loop
I’m facing a compliance issue with one of my products and could really use some guidance. My ASIN was blocked due to a misunderstanding around FDA compliance (it’s an over-the-counter product), and I’ve submitted all required documents like the SDS and updated product images. However, I’m stuck in a loop where Seller Support says I need to update my images to unblock the listing, but the listing needs to be unblocked to update the images
I’ve corrected everything on my end, but nothing seems to be moving forward. I’d appreciate any advice from sellers who’ve been through something similar, or if any Amazon reps are monitoring this thread, I’d love some guidance.

How are you trying to update the images? ... thru Manage Inventory Edit page? ... or thru Bulk Image Upload? ... or thru a category specific excel template upload?
If you are familiar with the category specific excel template uploads, this would be the way we would try. We would suggest following the image name guideline from Amazon:
- Image files must be named by ASIN + variant code + file extension (for example, B000123456.MAIN.jpg). See the Name Your Image Files help page.

Hello @Seller_7MTQs5zLnXpYe,
Thanks for posting here. I've reviewed the details of this issue and have confirmed the ASIN has been reinstated and is live on the website, so you should be good to go.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
- Manny
