Account Level Reserves withholding 100% of funds

Good Afternoon,

@CR_Amazon @Steve_Amazon @Quincy_Amazon @Micah_Amazon @Bryce_Amazon @Sandy_Amazon @Yvett_Amzn @Jadore_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon @Michelle_Amazon

All of my funds are in account level reserve and there has been no email on why is that happening. My payment for July 16th was canceled by Amazon and my upcoming payment for July 30 is showing zero. I did contact seller support numerous times and sent an email to disbursement-appeals, but there has been no resolution. I opened case ID 15709264891,15706270411, 15691719721, 15681372961, but only transferred, and there is no response from amazon yet.

Despite new orders generating income, all funds continue to be held in account level reserve, resulting in a consistently zero net proceeds balance.

My account got checked by account health team and seller support team and there has been no issue with the account. Everything is normal with the account. My bank account is the same one I've used since 2018 while selling on Amazon and it's been verified.

PLease resolve my issue at the earliest. I would understand if I had a notice about my account being under review or had violations, but this is not the case and very frustrating bc my bills need to be paid. Any information will be gladly appreciated.
