Business Invoices - mistake on amazon platform this morning
I am aware that we need to provide invoices for business customers and check those each today and upload them.
This morning looking at yesterdays orders every single order is showing up as a business order.
Must be an amazon mistake.
Has anyone else got this? (we are not vat registered so dont have invs automatically sent by amazon)

Sorry ignore that, its the business customers section at the top that says all orders outstanding are business customers undelivered
Is that normal when they are not business customer?

You can declare your VAT exempt status and Amazon will send out invoices/receipts automatically to Business customers for you - they do mine. Go to Settings (cog whee top right) - Tax Settings.
