My store is newly registered and I put up a listing for a dietary supplement, magnesium, but when I submitted it, it showed that it was not available for sale and needed to be approved. However, when I clicked on the request for approval, the following information was displayed:

Then I opened a case and asked customer service,case ID: 17589018691,and they reply was

Due to account metrics, your brand's distribution path, or other factors, your account does not currently meet the standards required to list these products.

So I want to know, are new stores registered after 25 years not allowed to sell dietary supplements and health products?If I can sell it, what should I do for my listing?My product has FDA certification and is registered as a health supplement brand(The brand is my own company),But I don't have a place to submit applications and FDA documents,How should I deal with it?I saw a question about performance in the answer. Is this relevant? Do I need to list other products to improve my performance before I can sell health products?
