My amazon seller account has just been closed because I have another amazon seller account.
I’ve been an amazon seller for 5 months and there was no problem with my account.
I ran into this situation because a friend of mine came to my house for vacation and asked me how to open an amazon seller account. I opened a seller account for him with the pc I use for my own seller account.
My friend needed a credit card for his merchant account and I let him use my own credit card information.
Now I want to permanently close my friend’s account and delete my credit card information from my friend’s account but I can’t.
How can I reactivate my account?
Have you had a problem like this before?
Can you please help me?

Didn’t you have an issue with Amazon holding your payments?
In any event you’d need to post the message from Amazon outlining what happened. It is likely that one of the accounts got suspended which would cause the other to get suspended too. Ask your “friend” what happened to their account.

My friend just opened a trial account.
So my friend can close his account, but he can’t close his account because his account is suspended.
Suspension of my account is a complete disaster for me.
I don’t know how to write a plan of action on this subject and I would be very happy if someone could help.

Such an innocent mistake, poor you. You have an option to appeal, but it’s very important you have everything, all info, and set out in a format that Amazon understands. There’s lots of experienced sellers here who can help you, so you can post your Plan Of Action here, and they can help. Alternatively, you can seek professional help.
Do not reply to Amazon until you have everything ready.

On July 31, 2021, I received a notification from amazon that my account was suspended for being linked to the ozka*****hcare account.
I think my account was closed by mistake.
1-) WHAT WENT WRONG ?
I’ve been an amazon seller for about 5 months. I was making sales in my account without any problems.
A friend of mine living in the Netherlands came to visit me and said he wanted to be an amazon seller. So I opened an account to help him and in this new account I used my friend’s information completely. The name of this account is ozkahcare and it completely belongs to my friend.
I don’t have any other seller account other than my amazon seller store named jua and it is not possible to have one. I’m doing good sales in my ju**a reseller store in line with amazon policies and will continue to do so if allowed.
Since my friend does not have a credit card, he used my credit card and made a mistake.
Now both my friend’s and mine’s accounts are suspended.
(Additionally, my friend hasn’t added a product to his ozkaser healthcare account and hasn’t made any sales yet.)
2-) WHAT I HAVE DONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM?
I asked my friend to add another credit card, he accepted it and deleted my credit card information.
Currently, my credit card information is not available in ozka*******hcare account.
In addition to these, I am sending you my driver’s license, ID, credit card and statement of account of my credit card used for amazon to prove that I am the owner of ju*******a store.
3-) WHAT HAVE WE DONE TO PREVENT PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE?
I now know and accept that being an Amazon seller is a very serious business. From now on, I will definitely inform people who want to be an amazon seller around me to get professional support.
By reviewing Amazon policies, I will be a more ethical Amazon seller and will never allow such mistakes to happen in the future.

Are you a limited company or a sole trader? Just thinking some ID from the business that shows your friend is not involved would be useful too as I’d assume there’s also an IP address link too if it was done at your house.
