Help Needed with Labeling Mistake and Customer Return Issues
Hello fellow sellers,
I'm facing an issue where some customers received the wrong item due to a labeling mistake with a small batch of my inventory. Only a limited number of units were affected, and I’ve since sent the corrected inventory to Amazon’s fulfillment centers.
Amazon has flagged my listing due to negative customer feedback ("Wrong Item Received") but has not suspended the ASIN yet. They are reviewing my inventory, and I need to resolve this issue.
What I’ve Done:
Verified that the majority of the units are correctly labeled.
What I Need Help With:
Anyone else experienced this? How did you handle relabeling at Amazon’s fulfillment centers?
Should I request Amazon to remove the mislabeled units and relabel them, or is there a better solution?
Any tips on preventing this from avoiding suspension?

Following on your post. Our best advice will be for you to contact Seller support, to see if they can proceed with a bin check of the product and request removal order of the products that were incorrectly labelled.
