VTR RATE ..its all my fault?

I use click and drop for all my post.
as such Royal mail send a tracking number or if its local post and low cost items a bar code number ,which is supposed to be picked up by amazon (its all integrated)… Amazon say they aren’t getting all of the codes so my VTR rate is now 20%+… Royal mail say amazon arn,t picking the codes up on their systems…
I,m in the middle and Amazon are threatening to suspend my account
what do i do?

What code ? If its BPL or STL they are invalid for vtr - you need to use code CRL

Strangely I’ve had signed for RM LLs show as invalid even though I purchased postage using Amazon by Postage?

I used to use click & drop and when VTR came in my rate was 20% now I buy all shipping labels via Amazon and now it’s up to 98.99, I think they just want us to purchase labels via Amazon, as I said all my items were sent via click and drop 2nd signed for which I added the tracking number etc etc and still came up void. You’ll have to change to buy shipping from Amazon to get VTR rate back up, , hope this helps you. :+1:

I can confirm CRL works fine, as The_Little_Shop said.

Now that Amazon seems to have maybe fixed the VTR issues, our VTR has steadily been increasing again, and we mainly use CRL48.

The prices for BPL and CRL aren’t much different, if I remember correctly, so try using CRL48 and after a couple of weeks, when the report has catched up to now, you should start seeing your VTR increase again.

BPL isn’t exempt from VTR anymore, for letters and large letters, so if you keep using that it will lower your %. Try using CRL48, as the price is similar and valid for VTR.

Noelle is correct.

I use CRL 24/48 service and find it infuriating that due to Royal mail either not delivering or scanning each item on delivery, that Amazon threaten to suspend out accounts, and how do we stop it, suprise suprise we have to purchase the post through Amazon!

I just selll smaller weight items on Amazon and need them to go through my royal mail account to try and keep my large letter weights at under 100gms. Which is a huge saving for me each day.

I am hanging on in there and just hoping Royal Mail start scanning every item they deliver. Everything else in my account health is at 0% so really don’t want to be punished for another companies mistake

We only started using CRL48 last Friday and currently have 100% VTR so it will be interesting to see if our score drops when it catches up in around 10 days or so… I have to say I was impressed with the CRL48 as we posted something on Saturday and it was delivered Monday morning with a scan and the GPS location uploaded as well. We’ve only held off using up until now because of the VTR issues but people have said non scans will now be counted.
