I notice there’s a huge error on the ‘Build your brand with Amazon’ video.
At around 3 minutes it talks about how Amazon provides tools to protect your intellectual property. What it fails to mention is the tools are as good as useless and that Amazon allow your brand name to be changed without your permission. Then they refuse to change it back, even when the evidence of the correct brand name is staring them in the face.
I suggest you either need to start taking brand issues seriously or remove this erroneous video, otherwise it makes a complete mockery of brand registry.
