Subject: Help Needed for Resolving Trademark Violation for Bundled Products
Hello fellow sellers,
I'm reaching out to the community for help regarding a challenging situation with suspected trademark violations affecting some of our product bundles. We operate as a registered brand on Amazon.ca, and we create bundles under our own brand. We have letters of authorization from the company that owns the rights to manufacture, sell, and distribute these products, authorizing us to sell them on Amazon under our brand. Additionally, we have a legal contract between the company and the rights owner.
Despite providing this documentation multiple times, our listings keep getting declined due to suspected trademark violations. Strangely, the same paperwork has been approved for other listings with similar circumstances. We have thousands of SKUs listed, but we're facing issues with around 15 of them, and we're finding it difficult to get clear guidance on resolving this matter.
We've spent hours on the phone and submitted the paperwork several times but still haven't received a clear answer. If anyone has experienced similar issues or has advice on how to resolve this, your input would be greatly appreciated.

Based on the number of Product Policy Compliance incidents you have, can you share the specific ASINs or case IDs where you have tried to address this?
