Invoice for my own products

Hello,

I am trying to list a product under my own brand (Registered with the UKIPO)

Another brand has the same name, however it is in another category

Amazon is requesting invoices before I can list my own products under my brand.

Before I can register with Brand registry, I believe I need a listing live on Amazon to submit with my application.

Would it be wise to invoice myself for the products? Would Amazon flag this as potentially fake invoice?

If you are making the items yourself, then yes, that is what you need to do, however crazy it may sound. Invoice from your sales department to your buying department. Even if it's just you.

But if are buying from a manufacturer, the invoice should be from them, showing your items including your brand name and you as the customer.

you don't need a product live for brand registry, just leave it blank.
