Disputing a Product Listing Policy Violation
I have been having an absolute nightmare with seller support over the past week in regards to my berberine hcl 500mg listing.
It’s been removed despite the fact that it’s sold all over Amazon, my product is the exact same.
All I keep receiving is an automated reply:
“The sale of medicinal products or dietary supplements containing Berberis = or > 500mcg per dose, or Berberine = or > 6mg per daily dose is prohibited on Amazon.co.uk.”
My main point for appeal is that this is not my product; our product, berberine hcl, is completely different, even chemically and is not restricted on Amazon or for sale in the UK. Berberine HCL is not the same as Berberis or berberine itself, hence why it’s on the uk market u like the restricted berberine.
Please can someone from Amazon help us!

I have the same issue here, It's been 3 month and I keep receiving the exact same message.
I can't even find any restriction on MHRA, so I don't understand where this is coming from.
