My own brand and listing -- I adding our own product to the USA market and its saying "Your product requires approval to sell."
We sell a product that we own and manufacture ourselves on Amazon UK. We are expanding to the USA market but when I create this listing (via create international listing tool) it says I need approval to sell, and it looks like the product is under another brand name. How is this possible when this is our product?!! None of our other products have had this issue. How do we over come this?? I have been contacting Seller Support and they have me going round in circles asking me to register my brand. But I don't see how this solves the problem that my product is under another brand and asking me for approval to sell.

I'm sorry you're having trouble listing your product. If you can share your case ID from contacting Support, I'll review to see why there may be approval requirements to sell your product in the US.
