My account was deactivated last april, and since then, I have been trying to reactivate it with no luck, now I am trying to close my account but there is no answer from Amazon and they still charge me a lot of money of warehouse. I have called hundreds of time and the answers are always evasive.

A deactivated account can't be closed. You need to reactivate it, then close it if you wish.
Why were you deactivated? Post the entire deactivation notice you received from Amazon.
So you were utilizing FBA? That adds an additional problem.
