Hi all thanks in advance for any help, we use a franking machine which saves us lot on postage but now with new rules have to buy through Amazon mostly second class letters. Is it possible to get the discount by adding the Royal Mail number?

Also we sent some goods last Tuesday and normally get an E-mail to say they are receiving by Friday but nothing yet???
