Amazon found my missing 10 items from shipments but shown in active with 0 quantity

I opened a cased for missing 10 items from my shipment ID FBA17JB523RG shipment was last November 13 and Amazon Seller support said that they found 10 items and added back to my inventory. However. it's been months but my inventory still shown 0 in stock. I opened an case regarding this 14564773601 and still no resolution. is any one here that can help me?

Hi @Seller_rXD77tQgKaWuc, is there a different case where you're seeing that the inventory was found? Based on the case you shared it was referred back to 14386545601 where it was noted:

Because we are not able to locate the missing items, we have initiated a reimbursement.
