FC processing and then lost items

Dear seller,

Please let me know if this is happened to them that Units are goes into state of FC processing when they received. After couple of days it was discarded by FC center.

They may not be lost, just moving around the warehouses

If they do not turn up, you can ask then to investigate
Check the reconcile date on the shipment

Edit just checking you don’t mean that they have actually been disposed of ?!
Have you had any notification that they’ve held your stock due to lack of vat number as per June post ?
