Bit of a stupid name IMHO, they could have had mine for £500k
Hopefully they have changed it in an attempt to put behind them the really bad name that Hermes has earned itself.

I imagine the tabloids are going to have a field day with it -
‘Evri parcel goes missing’
‘Free hole with Evri parcel’
‘Everi time you ring them you can’t get through to a human being’

Such a boujie looking company. Might have to give them a try

Why the name change? I know Hermes has a bit of a bad name… but changing the name isn’t going to trick people to swap back… Hermes are Hermes…

Evri chance we will lose, smash, crush, delay, mis-deliver, throw over, and no chance of communications!
Pants name for a pants company!

It’s a simple case of them trying to hide from their horrendous past and service record.
Our company swapped to Hermes a month ago to give them a try since their rates were so low. Within 3 weeks they lost 16 of our parcels (We ship a fair volume to be honest) and we immediately suspended it and went back to DPD.

I thought they had decided to call themselves “Deliver” but lost a few letters (D,E and L) no surprise there then!

Timely news article as per usual, only two days after the fact. At least eBay told me what was happening.

Perhaps Amazon will change their name to Mississippi, with the same goal in mind.
