Premium shipping

My premium shipping isn't showing on my listings. I've been in contact with seller support now for a week and they keep telling me it should be showing as the settings are all correct. My VTR & OTDR are both 100%, eligibility shows 100% and eligible. I've just had a message from seller support saying that my OTDR is 93.8, but that's not what I'm seeing. Any advice on how I can go about fixing this?

Just a thought, have you tried adding in a Flat File saying your handling time is 0 days?

I'm not sure how you actually check if Premium Shipping is showing (active) or not? I have Two-Day activated but haven't yet had one order where the customer has paid the additional for Two-Day.

But, I have noticed in my Shipping Template setting that Two-Day says "Two-Day Premium Shipping Order by 2:00 p.m.", which I am sure I read somewhere a while back that Two-Day shipping should be set to 4:00pm. Unless I've misunderstood.. which is quite possible haha!
