Another VTR issue to deal with

On the daily check of account health, there it was, tracking 98.12% 157 of 160 orders. I only use Yodel or Evri for parcels via Parcel2Go. On chatting with a ss rep he infomed me that I have to put Whistl in the carrier field as opposed to Yodel or Evri who are the carriers. Apparantly this has always been the case! I tried to tell him that I have used Parcel2go for the last year or so and they have always upoloaded the tracking automatically and there has never been an issue but he was adamant there has been no change. I have checked the orders and all three have been delivered on time so no issue there. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen? Cheers. Ian.

Can you screenshot the defect report, others who use those couriers maybe able to advise

Is that confirmed by feedback or by the actual tracking ?

What a load of rubbish !!! - why put Whistl when they are not the carriers - that would simply mean the tracking would never be recognised !

I too use Yodel (a lot of the time) but not via Parcel2Go - just direct via the website.
Yodel is in the long dropdown of carriers when confirming shipment, but I see you have your linked so not really able to help.
When using Yodel, it is the long number under the barcode that has to be input for the tracking, as that is the one that is scanned, and not the YOD***** number, as that appears nowhere on the label, and is only for Yodels internal use.

For Hermes, I dont have the option of Evri on the courier dropdown menu. So don’t know if they will accept it if we select Hermes as Evri is not available on the dropdown menu.

We use Yodel Direct and just put Yodel in then long barcode and click on Other then put in 72 HR which is what is printed on the yodel label and have no problem

hi, i used parcel to go when i started but found it hard to resolve issues with them, i now have an agreement with DX whone i would recommend, they collect monday to friday at 3.30 deliver next day UK mainland a little longer ireland scotland etc…everything is trackable , you can speak to someone anytime you need, and you get a utdate email every morning updating you on any parcels that may not have been delivered so you can ack on it ie… places difficult to find etc… it depends though on your parcel sizes, but you should think about all the other carriers also , its cheaper than parcel to go and the service is very good

Just an Update, having changed all the tracking from Yodel to Whistl, the rate is now 100%, seems that seller support were right, still cant work out the logic but wont spend anymore time trying.
