Appeal for Account Reactivation - Missing Proof of Address

Dear Amazon Seller Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to address the deactivation of my account due to a minor oversight. However, I am now facing challenges in reactivating it as I am being requested to provide certain documents, including a bank statement, which I do not possess.

I would like to clarify that I am currently residing in Pakistan, living in a joint family setup. As I am currently single, the electricity bill for our household is under my father's name. Additionally, we do not have internet services at home, and I utilize data on my mobile SIM for online activities.

Amazon requires proof of address for account reactivation. I am seeking your guidance on how I can provide proof of address when the utility bills are not in my name. I kindly request your assistance in providing an alternative solution so that I can reactivate my account and proceed with launching my brand, as I am eager to make investments in this endeavor.

I have my ID and passport for verification purposes, and I can provide my bank statement for address verification.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your understanding and support.

Sincerely,

Shauban Ali

Dear Amazon Seller Team,

This is NOT Amazon team, but a forum for other sellers. If you have a mobile phone then they do usually accept that bill as utility proof of address.
