AMAZON REFUNDING BUYERS WITHOUT BUYERS RETURNING ITEM BACK
I have sold two Optima batteries in which both buyers wanted a refund and Amazon issued the buyers a full refund from my money. The first buyer wanted a refund because he received the item one day late, amazon gave that buyer a full refund and I never got the item back. The second buyer stated that the item was missing parts and Amazon went and reimbursed the buyer without my auth, and without returning the item back. This is insane, I'm losing money and Amazon is not considering that.

Are you signed up for CSBA? If so, that is why Amazon is just refunding these buyers. If you are not, then file a SAFE-T claim to try and get the funds back.

For clarification, was the refund issued at first scan? For context, Amazon issues a Refund at First Scan for items returned through Amazon’s Prepaid Returns Label program. With Refund at First Scan, a buyer receives a refund when the returned item is dropped off at a designated carrier location using a prepaid return label that was issued by us.
If you receive a damaged or materially different return due to customer fault, you can file a SAFE-T claim on Seller Central within 60 days of a refund charge to your account.
