Incident Details:
14th December 2024:
A tampered return packet for order number 171-0950243-9909961 was delivered to us.
We refused to accept it due to its visibly tampered condition, in accordance with Amazon's return policy.
15th December 2024:
Suman Biswas, from the KOLJ Hub, threatened us to accept the tampered package, warning that failure to do so would result in the refusal of future pickups and harm to our Amazon business.
On the same date, the pickup personnel refused to collect a ready-to-pickup parcel for order number 407-1455762-2618758, despite it being scheduled.
