going in circle with my disactivated account

going in circle trying to reactivate my account , going through the steps takes me back to the same starting point , i tried to delete the account completely it will not allow me , i tried to open another account , it gets disactivated because am not allowed to have 2 account even though the first one was not active , so now am stock with 2 account that i can not use or i can not close , the submit document button is greyed out so i can not add the document they ask for , i tried to email the customer service , i keep getting the same answer , this not the right email to appeal , with a link to follow , when i press it it takes me to the starting point , any idea what can i do to reactivate my first account , and delete the second one , or in how to delete them both and start clean . thanks

You cannot delete either of them. You will need to work on reactivating the first one, and then Amazon will close the second.

To reactivate you need to follow exactly the procedure you will have been given in the original deactivation notice.

It is Seller Support (Help) you need, NOT customer service - that is for buyers. All new seller accounts are deactivated initially whilst they check and verify all the info you have provided, both personal ID and business info.
