Individual products using own packaging

Hello,

I can’t find any information on this, if I am sending 100 units, which are already in a box (cardboard box no branding), and the box itself is the product with an FNSKU on the side of it. and you want to put it on the pallet individually.

Is the product itself considered a box, therefore I will have 100 boxes on that pallet, i use 2d barcodes so i would stick the 2d barcode on saying this is box 1 with 1 unit on it.

I just don’t want amazon to open the box and try scan the individual items in it, as we do sell the items inside that box individually as well.

Thanks
Elliot

If it a pack that you do not want Amazon to open then you can buy stickers which say words such ‘part of a set do not seperate’

These are recommended by Amazon when you are shipping several items in a package which can also be sold as singles.

Placed prominently on the item they will know it is to be sold as is and not to be opened on receipt.

I think Amazon would only open the boxes if they don’t see FNSKU labels on them, so if you have a FNSKU label on them already then it’s highly unlikely that they’d open the box and scan what’s inside. However, just to be safe, if this is your first shipment then I’d put a few extra FNSKU labels on the different sides of the boxes, labels will cost you next to nothing and it’ll won’t take too much time to put them on.
