Inventory Stuck in "Checked In" Status at Amazon Warehouse
Our stuff got to Amazon Warehouse BWU2 on January 18th, but it's been stuck in the "Checked In" status ever since. We had two shipments, and both are still sitting there without any updates.
We reached out to Amazon about two months ago, and we've given them all the info they asked for, like tracking IDs showing that our stuff got delivered and signed PODs. But all we're getting back are those same template emails saying they're still looking into it.
This whole situation has been a nightmare for us. We've been out of stock for three whole months, and it's really hurting our business. And it's not just us – we've seen other sellers saying they've been waiting for help for 8 or 9 months, and they're just getting those same template emails too.
We're not trying to make trouble, but something's not right here. Amazon needs to step up and fix this issue, for all of us.
