3 star review because Amazon wrongfully keeps asking the customer to return item
discussion.SO a customer contacts me and asks to return an item because she sees a better sale price under black friday sale. $128 item. New sale price was $17 less. So we agree on a price match solution (a win, win since she wants the item and is paying what she wants to pay and i dont have to take back an open box item and pay shipping) and I issue a partial refund for $17 under reason "goodwill refund". Two month later the customer leaves a 3 star review only saying "This is a price much refund. There is nothing to refund." So apparently amazon been sending her notifications to return the product even though the records shows otherwise. I had all 5 star reviews but because of Amazon's customer service I have to take a hit in my feedback history. I asked Amazon to remove the rating since the entire review was on their request for the item to be returned they declined. Very frustrating.

Can you confirm that you have attempted Feedback Removal via the Feedback Manager? If so, can you please send me the associated Case ID and Order ID information? Id like to look at this more.
