I have just received a notification Tony approving my request to be ungated and I wonder if anyone can advise based their experience as the Amazon didn’t clearly specify on what ground they believe my invoice did not meet the criteria.

Invoice was issued by an authorised distributor, name and billing address information match what I have on my sellers account. The delivery address is the Prep Centre address as item was not required for me to take pictures of them.

It is my understanding that the address information Amazon refers to is the one that shows purchase was made by me (billing address) and not necessary that both addresses should be mine. Can anyone confirm this for me please. I have written asking for clarity from them about what exactly is required from me. I believe the invoice I uploaded met all the criteria. Any advise please?
