Amazon will have opened a Support Case to give you Notification of a SFP Suspension = https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/cu/case-lobby
They will tell you within that message what they require of you. It's my understanding that you are suspended until you have done as asked.
If its a suspension due to on-time shipment or Cancellation rate then they would probably want a Plan of Action from you explaining what when wrong and how you have fixed things.
